Our review team's analyses were especially up-beat regarding this guide, even though the program was centered almost solely on women's conditioning and health. Still, most of our team felt that this was a highly beneficial workout guide that could be practical for just about anyone. The only failing of note was the price, which came in at just under 200 dollars. This was manifested in our review team's final ratings, which on average were a 4 stars out of 5 score.
