Its made obvious from the the very start that this is a program made expressly for women. The author, a top-flight fitness expert, has been interviewed about her training guide on national broadcasts. The plan demands four 45 minute workouts a week. This 150 page guide includes photos of the recommended lessons. The program also includes hercomplete tutorial on MP3.

Our review team's reports were especially positive in regards to this offering, even though the package was centered almost entirely on women's fitness and health. Still, most of our team believed that this was a very worthwhile workout guide that could be practical for just about anyone. The only stumbling block of note was the price, which came in at a little below 200 dollars. This was manifested in our review team's final grades, which on average were a 4 stars out of 5 score.
