Separating hype and reality in today's current landscape can be arduous. This is far from a concern, though, in regards to publication. This offering includes zero hype. In fact, the book is somewhat of a a tedious read. That's not to say that a body building training guide needs to be interesting, but there's no harm in motivating the readers. On average our staff of reviewers rated this program 3.5 out of 5 stars.
