Believe it or not, the author was a self-conscious fat kid with pretty big confidence issues. But over the past 17 years he has formulated a 21 week program that includes weight training, as well as a diet plan. He splits the program into 3 parts and assures quick results. differentiating hype and reality nowadays can be arduous. This is far from a concern, though, regarding this publication. This book consists of zero hype. truth be told, the book is somewhat of a a tedious read. That's not to say that a body building training guide needs to be interesting, but there's no harm in motivating the readers. On average our staff of reviewers graded this program 3.5 out of 5 stars.
