Separating hype and reality in this day and age can be arduous. Nothing could be farther from the truth, though, in regards to publication. This offering contains zero hype. In fact, the book is somewhat of a a tedious read. That's not to say that a body building publication needs to be interesting, but there's no harm in motivating the readers. On average our staff of reviewers gave this product 3.5 out of 5 stars.
