Separating hype and reality in this day and age can be challenging. Nothing could be farther from the truth, though, in regards to publication. This book includes zero hype. In fact, the guide is to some extent a boring read. we're not saying that a body building publication needs to be interesting, but it doesn't hurt to motivate the readers. On average our staff of reviewers graded this program 3.5 out of 5 stars.
