Review: I think this is one of the most complete set of instructions on how to prepare for surgery. The e-book was awesome. I listened to all three recordings and I think they really did help me with feeling less stress and anxiety before my surgery. But I liked the one during surgery the best. I started listening to it while they were getting me ready for surgery so I would relax. I believe that it helped me get through my surgery successfully and I think I recovered quicker because I listened to them. Everyone was impressed with how fast I healed. Great product! I would recommend it.
