Review: Honestly, this is a great program. It's dirt cheap compared to others like the vertical project, and really it's the same thing. You have to work for your results, but any product that says it can deliver results without work, is frankly full of it.

I completed the eight week program and added six inches to my vertical. That's all I needed, cause now I'm dunking. I can't wait till next season!
