Everyone from our team of reviewers claimed that they achieved some level of success with the use of this program. A majority our team were of the mind that the optional instructional tapes were useful, but were somewhat put off by the additional charge in excess of $100. Still, the fitness guide did provide results, thus receiving a very respectable 4 out of 5 grade.
