This package has obviously been created for women who are looking to lose some weight after a pregnancy. The workout routine utilizes progressive exercises that conditions the body as the user works their way through the 16 week advanced workout phase. Only 90 minutes per week are needed by putting into use what she calls "supersets". The course also includes advice on nutrition by Dr. Kara Gallagher.

Everyone from our review team affirmed that they achieved some level of success from using this program. Most of our staff thought that the extra instructional tapes were useful, but were somewhat put off by the additional price in excess of $100. Still, the program did provide results, thus garnering a very honorable 4 out of 5 stars.
